Specially designed for more power in 2D, 2.5D and 3D material processing, the servo motors increase the economic efficiency and simultaneously reduce the production time. The servo motor’s position monitoring guarantees an even safer machining process.

The T-Rex Servo is equipped with high-performance planetary gears, high-quality ground, helical toothed racks and HIWIN / PMI /THK linear guides. All these components increase the traversing speed to achieve feed rates up to 35,000 mm/minute and rapid travels of up to approximately 50,000 mm/minute.

Our optimised T-Rex series offers a more efficient and faster working process through servo motor drive technology. Closed energy chains protect the cable harnesses against dust and chips. Besides, the linear guides are protected by the bellows and prevent thus the racks from clogging.

Manual central lubrication is installed ex-works with all machines and makes the work more comfortable. According to your choice, you can also get the automatic version for an extra charge. Also, the vacuum table with different zones and T-slot rails belongs to the standard equipment and an ergonomic control panel. The vacuum pump is available as an option at extra charge.
This panel contains a full-HD touch monitor PC (8 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD) with pre-installed software and is pre-configured for plug & play.

Depending on your application, you have the choice between different spindles from 1.5 kW up to 7 kW at the respective corresponding product price.

If you want to work with wood, we also offer an optional pneumatic dust extraction to keep the work surface clean and dust-free. All T-Rex CNC routers are equipped with a loading aid, which helps to place panel materials on the workspace.
