Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable, please confirm the details with the sales person before taking the samples.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Sample order needs 5-7 days preparation. Delivery of mass production order is usually 30 days after order confirmed and receipt of 30% deposit. It depends on the product & quantity.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Yes, the MOQ for standard color item is 600 pcs/per item/per color. While customer’s assign color, the MOQ is 2000 pcs/per color/per item.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A:For mass production order, it is delivered by sea usually and the voyage is taking 30-45 days to be arrived, which depends the country. Our port is mainly Keelung, Taiwan by sea.
Q5. What about your factory’s production capacity?
A: 100,000 pcs/set per month. But this is according to the different product, we do the best for your requirement.
Q6. Could you provide ODM/OEM service?
A: Of course, we have a group of professional and technical team who can design and develop new items for customers. Welcome to contact us!
Q7. How to start order with you?
A: For the orders, let us know your requirements or application. And we quote according to your requirements. Then you confirm the samples and place the order and make the deposit. Last, we arrange the production of the ordered products and ask you about the assigned forwarder for arrange the shipment and ask for the balance payment.
Q8. Do you inspect the product? How?
A: Yes, we have the serious quality check from raw material, on line injection, on line assembling and packaging and final
products…etc. Each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by QC before shipping.

Q9. What's your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, by express, by air or by sea. Mainly we deal with customers on FOB terms.
Q10. What's your payment term?
A: Normally, 30% TT deposit after order confirmed and 70% TT before shipment.
